The beautiful high mountains of the Sangre de Cristo Range featuring Blanca and Ellingwood peaks with the sunset clouds behind in late Autumn. The trees at this elevation were void of leaves in mid October. Photograph taken along the route to the Lily lake/Huerfano Valley trailhead near the town of Walsenburg in southern Colorado.
