Lake Isabelle Sunrise - Mountain photography by Aaron Spong This image of Lake Isabelle and the Indian Peaks of the Front Range was taken on a july morning at sunrise. A short hike to the lake from the Brainard Lake trailhead before dawn was worth the effort once we reached this spot with a small waterfall as the sun rose between the clouds and created this peaceful wilderness scene. Prominent peaks featured in this photograph from left to right include: Navajo Peak, Apache Peak and Shoshoni Peak.
